This is a class for anyone who wants to buy or sell a business and doesn’t know where to start. Two highly experienced business brokers, each with over 30 years of experience, teach this class and they really know their stuff. The course will cover how to start the process of either buying or selling; how to place a value on a business so that Buyer and Seller negotiate a fair and equitable price; a discussion of places to get funding, contingencies, and due diligence. You will also have the opportunity to make an appointment with the instructors for a one-on-one conversation.
