Alana Williams:

Alana Williams is an experienced MBA/JD with a proven track record in finance, law, and business administration. She excels in cultivating strong relationships with C-level executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders to drive decision-making and achieve objectives.

 

Founding Principals is a fractional CFO and strategic finance consulting firm. The concept emerged from Alana’s research and program development at Apple Inc. Strategic Deals (Business Development & Strategy), addressing the challenges diverse founders face in growing their businesses. By empowering founders with financial insights, Alana aims to fill the void left by the absence of fractional CFOs or Finance Directors. As a member of the venture capital community and ex-investment banker, Alana was encouraged to provide leadership services beyond bookkeeping and accounting to early-stage small businesses.

As the practice has grown, Alana expanded services to include bookkeeping and payroll management. She has helped entrepreneurs, startups, non-profits, and established businesses build stronger foundations, increase revenue, secure funding, and position themselves for long-term contracts and growth.
