MAPLE Southern California Hybrid Fall Reception
We look forward to welcoming members, partners and guests for our next Southern California program. Thank you to our friends at California Market Center for hosting our program. The redevelopment of CMC as an exciting hub for LA' s Fashion District is a great example of Canadian investment in the continued growth and evolution of downtown Los Angeles.
At this event we will be celebrating the economic ties connecting Southern California and Québec with presentations looking at growing south and north across the border. After cross-sector networking and an update on MAPLE Business Council, we will be turning the MAPLE podium to Marie-Christine Drolet, CEO of Montréal-based HR talent software firm, AtmanCo, for a look at how AI is shaping the contours of talent recruitment, retention and the nurturing of high-performing teams. AtmanCo is the newest member organization of our MAPLE Canada-U.S. community!
We are then honoured to welcome Jean-Pascal Saucier, Director at Investisement Québec, to share a window on some of the breadth of innovation and high growth sectors in Québec - a major trading partner to the U.S. Québec's roots are deep across the U.S. and Québec markets are leading Canadian destinations for U.S. and global firms.
This is a hybrid event with online participation available.

California Market Center is the hub of the West Coast Fashion and Creative Industries, home to elevated Showrooms, Events, Creative Offices, and Businesses connecting the DTLA community.
Built in 1963 by the Morse family as the first wholesale fashion marketplace west of the Mississippi, “California Mart” quickly became the primary center for fashion business in Los Angeles. Now comprising three towers that span more than 1.8 million square feet, CMC has a proud history in the global fashion industry as the heartbeat of the Los Angeles Fashion District.
The iconic CMC property was acquired by Brookfield Properties in 2017 and entered an exciting 3-phase, $170-million redevelopment of its campus. For more information, please visit https://www.californiamarketce....
